How It Works
Placing your ‘Pop Up’ order online
Register on the grades website using your ‘grades’ code. Once registered, you can access your individual schoolsitems available for purchase. Place your order and select delivery method of either home delivery or ‘Pop Up’shop.
If you select Home delivery, we will deliver the products to your door within 7 working days. You will be chargedadditional QR.50 for home delivery. Print out the order confirmation and give it to the delivery man when hedelivers your order.
If you select ‘Pop Up’ shop you will be required to pick up your delivery at the time and date scheduled for yourschool. For more information please go to the “‘Pop up’ Schedule” section on the website where it lists the datesthat we will be at your school. The order MUST be placed at least 6 days before the next ‘Pop Up’ date in order forthe items to ready for distribution – E.g. If your school’s date of ‘Pop Up’ Shop is 27.04.2016 Wednesday, you mustplace your order before 4 pm on 21.04.2016 Thursday the week before.
Please print out your order confirmation and bring it to the ‘Pop Up’ in order to collect your items.
Placing your order at the ‘Pop Up’ Shop
Download the order form from your schools website, the grades website or collect at the ‘Pop Up’ Shop. Once youhave filled out the order form hand it to the sales assistant at the ‘Pop Up’ shop and pay the full amount of the invoice. Take the order confirmation and put it in a safe place. Your items will be ready for collection at the next‘Pop Up’ schedule for your school. This will always be the same day and time the following week excluding any school holidays – E.g. If your school’s ‘Pop Up’ is on 20.04.2016 Wednesday 11.30 am-2.30 pm, your order will beready for collection at the school on 28.04.2016 the following
Wednesday 11.30 am-2.30 pm.Bring your order confirmation and collect your goods.
